Brand Manager / Designer | 2013-2015
I worked as a Brand Manager/Designer for The Garage OTR, a small, family-owned business that sells electric personal transportation vehicles. In this role, I was responsible for all marketing, design, branding, and production processes. I upgraded and rebuilt the company’s website, which enabled online sales for the first time. I rebranded Segway of Cincinnati as The Garage OTR, created a visual identity guide, and successfully implemented it, resulting in increased brand awareness. I installed a project management solution that improved communications company-wide, and I created standard procedures that prevented common mistakes and decreased mishandling of customer work orders.
